4. What are the audits you have perfomed in your previous role?
- Vulnerability Check - Non Critical Area - (Fortnight Check)
- Health Device Check - (Monthly Check) - 33 observation regarding of MNVR, Reader & Camera offline issue and also filed SIM ticket against of the issue
- Lockdown Reader - (Monthly Check) - 04 Nos Lockdown Reader & Zombie Door is working fine
- Key Reconciliation - (Monthly Check) - No observation. All keys are present in the Traka box & Key cabinet. Traka Manual key we have kept in Old Badge room. Added 15.205 CNF Room Key, 5.226 CNF Room LAB and 3rd floor Photo Studio at Traka Cabinet box.
- IFMB & Badge Reconciliation - (Monthly Check) - 4 Nos IFMB badges lost same informed over mail to PIAM team. PIAM has replaced the IFMB badges.
- Lost & Found - (Monthly Check) - (1) Date, 10-05-2025, Noise wireless earbuds is not found. (2) Date, 20-05-2025, Realme Airbuds is not found.
- Patrolling - (Monthly Check) - (1) On May 9, 2025, at approximately 08:00 IST, our patrolling team member, Jyoti Verma (jyoeverm@), observed a mobile phone charging via USB cable at workstation 06.860.B3 on the 6th floor, North Tower. (2) On May 10, 2025, at approximately 10:03 IST, We I observed an interview candidate on the 1st floor without a visitor pass. After speaking with the individual, I escorted them to reception and provided a visitor pass. When I inquired with the FOE team , they mentioned they were unaware of the candidate's presence.
- Penetration test - per week (Between monday to friday) - We conducted a Badge Penetration test today. Janitorial staff Nikalamani Behera (behenika@) was sent to the Ground floor turnstile with another staff's photo badge, but LSG Seema (sepramku@) caught them and informed ASO Varsha Kurre.
- Process check, TRAKA Audit - per week (Between monday to Sunday) - Traka box key audit & clear desk checks
- Process check, Lost & Found Audit - per week (Between monday to Sunday)
- Patrolling Efiiciency Checks - per week (Between monday to Sunday) - We conducted a patrolling efficiency test on the 6th floor, South Tower, near the staircase 08 big kitchenette. A mouse was placed on the sofa as a test item. The patrolling (manibe@) successfully detected the item within 30 minutes.
- Social Engineering - per week (Between monday to Sunday) - Today we have called to HYD16 Vendor point deployed SG Suresh Tammali (stammali@) asked him to about GCS managers details, but he declined informed SO M. Vishwa (munimavi@).

First I would investigate whether this is the first time or has it happened repeatedly and any peoples involved in the theft or similar activities
if the value of the theft material is low then we will issue warning letter, informing to his managers or terminating him from site.
if the value of maerial is high then i will inform to police.
